Payment Options:

Monthly Check or Cash Payment

There is an additional monthly processing fee of $5.00 per month for parents paying by check or cash. Accounts must be kept current to maintain this privilege. Payments by check or cash are due on the 5th of each month.

It is the desire of the school board to help parents remain current with their school tuition payments and to help parents avoid accumulating overdue balances beyond their ability to pay. We have created an early intervention policy with the following steps to help parents remain current.

Steps:

  1. A letter will be sent home to remind parents that their tuition payment is overdue.
  2. The tuition payment plus a $5 per week late fee must be received by the 15th of that month.
  3. If payment is not received by the 15th of that month, a final notice will be sent home and the student will not be allowed to return to school the following day, the 16th.

Parents who are having financial trouble should contact the school office before tuition payments are due to receive consideration for written payment arrangements.
